It’s nearly impossible to find a product that is engineered as well as the Titan. You can tell that Point Zero Energy thought through every detail in order to create a product that will last as well as work in a wide variety of scenarios.
If you every watched a review for a “solar generator” and thought “but can it do this”, only to be disappointed by some later revealed limitation…well the Titan probably can do it!

You get what you pay for. This unit is more expensive than many others, but I did not buy this for the quality or capacity (which are impressive). I went with Point Zero solely based on their excellent customer service. What good is a product without a team willing to support such product?
Joseph D.
I loved the first Titan. Then they made one that will run my well pump. I am off grid and this set up is perfect! I highly recommend the Titan 240. I can run my camper and boon dock endlessly with solar panels.
Robert C.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. After considering all factors, there is no other portable unit on the market which competes with the Titan.

FAQ

How long a solar generator will last will vary depending on manufacturing processes and the quality of components that are used in the system. When companies advertise the life span of their solar generators they usually advertise the life span of their batteries and don't take into consideration other components like the inverter, charge controllers, and other electronic parts. It's important to research the specifications of these components because they all factor into the life span of the whole system.

Yes, you can power a home with a solar generator. However, not all solar generators can produce enough power to run a home efficiently. As such, in order to use a solar generator for home backup power, it's critical that you size the system correctly with enough batteries and solar panels. You do this by calculating what your power needs will be during an outage, multiply it by how long you want backup power for and then look for a system that can meet those demands. Our Titan 240SP was specifically built for long term off grid power which makes it ideal for home backup power.

While you can connect a portable solar generator to an electrical panel, it's incredibly important that it is done correctly and safely. Failing to do so could result in damage to your solar generator, as well as your electrical panel. The easiest and safest way to connect your solar generator to your home is to install a generator transfer switch. These small devices are installed to the electrical panel of your home and act as a go-between for your solar generator and electrical panel, essentially switching between the power supply to the grid and the generator. We recommend using a professional electrician to install your transfer switch as there are several different types to choose from which can be decided upon depending on your specific situation and power needs.

The most common ways to charge a solar generator is by using a AC wall outlet in your home or by solar panels. However, the Titan power stations can all be charged in multiple ways: solar, wind, home AC outlets, and using a gas generator.

Expanding your battery capacity on a Titan power station is very easy. Simply stack each battery on top of the other, ensuring the rubber feet are aligned on top of the circle indentations of the battery pack you are stacking it on. Tighten all four metal latches on the sides of the batteries and that's it. No need to connect messy wires.
