Payment

We take full payment for all products at the time of purchase. During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. All fields indicated as required must be completed to process your order. By completing payment details you confirm that the method being used to make payment belongs to you, or is in your name where an agreement is entered into with any credit or third party provider. We do not store your payment information.
If shipping outside of the contiguous United States, orders will need to be paid via bank transfer, or US check.

Shipping

Point Zero Energy offers free Ground shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States only. Any orders that ship outside of the contiguous United States will require additional shipping fees that will be added to the order at checkout. Additional fees, including import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc., are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. In addition, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated for warranty service on products if being shipped from outside the contiguous United States.

Point Zero Energy’s Limited Warranty only covers return shipping costs within the Contiguous United States. Customers are required to pay for all shipping costs to and from Point Zero Energy for any product being returned to Point Zero Energy from outside the contiguous U.S., even if the product is damaged/defective upon receiving product.

Delivery time for most products is 1-2 weeks from the time your order is placed. This time frame is allowing for normal manufacturing and shipping times. However, in times of high volume and/or other unforeseen circumstances, shipping time may be extended.
Shipping methods used are UPS and/or FedEx and Freight when shipping large orders.

Point Zero Energy’s Limited Warranty covers return shipping costs within the Contiguous United States. Customers are required to pay for all shipping costs to and from Point Zero Energy for any product being returned to Point Zero Energy from outside the contiguous U.S., even if the product is damaged/defective upon receiving product.

Backorder Policy

During times of high volume, some items may be out of stock. For this reason, we allow customers to reserve these items by placing a backorder. Simply order and pay now and we will ship it when it becomes available. We ship all backorders in the order they are received. This means your order will ship out before later orders for the same item placed once the item is in stock. Backorder items can only be ordered on our web site to ensure your place in line. We cannot take phone orders for backorder items.

We do our best to estimate ship dates on backordered items, however, we cannot accurately guarantee shipping dates on backordered items. Customer acknowledges that backorder shipping dates are approximate and are subject to change.
Point Zero Energy shall be under no liability to you for delay or failure of products being delivered when originally estimated and/or specified.

Changes To Orders

Any order changes must be notified to us in writing before the shipping process begins (shipping labels are created). This process can take up to one week before the product leaves our warehouse. You cannot make any changes to an order once this process has begun. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address used at checkout. Any changes to the shipping address once the shipment process has begun will be subject to additional shipping fees decided upon by us.

Cancelled Orders

Customers will need to contact us by opening a ticket to request a cancellation of their order. Approval of cancellations are at the sole discretion of Point Zero Energy and if approved, customers will receive a refund of their order, subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
If a customer cancels an order by refusing delivery or cancels after the order is shipped the customer will be charged a 3% restocking fee plus any shipping costs incurred during shipment.

Refused Deliveries

Customers will be charged return shipping to Point Zero Energy for any deliveries that are refused, in addition to a 8% restocking fee.

Lost, undelivered, or damaged products

If you believe your product was lost or not delivered, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
If you believe the product you received was damaged, or if you receive an incorrect/incomplete product, contact us immediately with proof of videos and/or pictures. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
