Every product we created was built with care, from the components we chose to the final inspection. Quality and integrity were never negotiable.

This decision hasn’t come easily. But with growing market saturation, the rise of overseas brands, and increasing costs, continuing in this environment is no longer sustainable for our family-run business.

We’re deeply proud of what we’ve built and incredibly thankful for the community that’s grown with us. Your support has meant everything.

As we wind down, we’ll be offering major discounts on our remaining inventory—our final way of fulfilling our mission to put dependable power into your hands.

How will Point Zero Energy wind down operations?

As we wind down operations, we’ll be offering major discounts on all our remaining inventory.
This sale will last until our closing date of May 31, 2025 and will only be offered at PointZeroEnerg.com and not through any of our distributors websites.

We will continue to accept product for warranty up until May 15. Your product must be shipped to Point Zero Energy no later than May 15 or it will not be accepted. Please contact us to go through our warranty process as usual.

May 31, 2025, we will close and remove our online platforms. We will continue to ship out product from our clearance sale until all customer orders are fulfilled. Customers may reach us at support@pointzeroenergy.com, facebook messenger, or by phone at 208.722.1342.

Important Dates to Note

Our Closing Sale will run through May 31, 2025.

FROM NOW UNTIL MAY 15, 2025:
We will continue to cover warranties on all products.

FROM MAY 15, 2025 ONWARD: All items sitewide will be final sale without exception. We are not able to honor refunds, exchanges, or returns for orders placed on or after May 15. No warranties will be honored after this date.

AFTER MAY 31, 2025: Our website will be taken down and any last orders will be packaged and shipped out to customers.

Questions & Answers

Due to growing market saturation, the rise of overseas brands, and increasing costs, continuing in this environment is no longer sustainable for business.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept any returns at this point, however, if you purchased any product within the last 30 days you can receive a credit of the difference between your order price and the clearance sale price at this time. This credit can go towards purchasing more product at an already reduced price.

We will continue to cover warranty up until May 15. This will give us enough time to repair and ship any product that needs serviced. After May 15, no products will be covered under warranty.

We will have a going out of business sale on our website only. Distributors will not be selling any Point Zero Energy products. This sale will last until our closing date of May 31, 2025. We will accept product for warranty until May 15. Your product must be shipped to Point Zero Energy no later than May 15 or it will not be accepted. We will continue to honor warranties up until May 15.

We will continue to ship out product from our clearance sale until all customer orders are fulfilled.

The only coupons that will be valid during our closing sale will be coupons given to customers directly by us specifically for the closing sale. All other coupons found online will not be valid.

Point Zero Energy will remain open and operating as we conduct the going-out-of-business sales. Customers can visit our website to browse products and check availability, but all purchases must be made from our direct website and not with a distributor. The sale is expected to last until the end of May, or until supplies last.

After May 31 our website and online platforms will close.
