Warranty Update

Due to Point Zero Energy's closing, our warranty has changed.

We will be accepting product for warranty service up until May 15, 2025. After this date, we will no longer accept product for warranty.

All products that are shipped from the customer by May 15 will receive warranty service. We do not have to receive the item by May 15, the product needs to be shipped from the customer by that date in order to give us time to fulfill warranty service before closing.

All product we recieve for warranty will be serviced properly and sent back to the customer with paid shipping, if the product was indeed covered by warrany.
Warranty return process
Our warranty service process will continue the same as usual, up until May 15, 2025.

1. If you feel your product needs warranty service, please contact our support team at support@pointzeroenergy.com to request a return.

2. If your item is eligible for Warranty, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.

3. Package your product with the prepaid shipping label.

4. Drop off your package at any FedEx facility or schedule your package for pickup.
Limited Warranty
All Point Zero Energy products come with Limited Warranties. These warranties will vary depending on the product. Please refer to the Warranty Details regarding your product’s specific warranty below. Warranties are not transferable and are only valid for the original consumer. The sales receipt from the original consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period. By using Point Zero Energy products, you are bound by the terms under each product’s warranty.

Please note that this warranty only covers shipping costs for customers residing in the contiguous United States and Canada.

Exclusions

Point Zero Energy’s Limited Warranty does not apply to:
– Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication.
– Damaged due to forces of nature (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.).
– Any damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes.
– Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or assembly.
– Any operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
– Any lost, stolen, or refunded products.
– Any product that has expired it’s warranty.
Shipping
Point Zero Energy’s Limited Warranty covers return shipping costs within the Contiguous United States. Customers are required to pay for all shipping costs to and from Point Zero Energy for any product being returned to Point Zero Energy from outside the contiguous U.S., even if the product is damaged/defective upon receiving product.
