Point Zero Energy will continue to offer free Ground shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States only. For orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico, additional shipping fees will be added to the order at checkout. Any additional costs, such as import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. In addition, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated for warranty service on products if being shipped from outside the contiguous United States.

Delivery time will vary during this time, however, you should expect to receive your product within 1-2 weeks from the time your order is placed. This time frame is allowing for normal manufacturing and shipping times. Shipping methods used are UPS and/or FedEx and Freight when shipping large orders.

We will continue to ship orders out after our closing to ensure our customers receive their product.

There will be no backorders at this time. Once an item is marked out of stock, you will not be able to purchase that item.

Due to our closing, we can only replace lost, stollen, or damaged product up until May 15, 2015.

If you believe your product was lost or not delivered, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
If you believe the product you received was damaged, or if you receive an incorrect/incomplete product, contact us immediately with proof of videos and/or pictures. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

All sales are final during our closing out sale. However, if the product you received is damaged or defective we will allow returns through our warranty process up until May 15, 2025.
