Titan Extended Warranty

Extend your warranty an extra 5 years by adding our new extended warranty. Choose the quantity of each product you would like extended warranty coverage. The quantity should correspond to the number of batteries and/or power modules you have purchased.



We work hard in building our products to the highest manufacturing and quality testing standards. As part of our mission to ensure reliable and dependable solar products, we offer industry leading warranties in the unlikely event of a mechanical issue. We’re excited to announce that we now offer our extended five-year protection plan on our original Titan power station in addition to our new products, giving you up to seven years of warranty protection!

Product Eligibility

We can only provide extended warranty coverage for products that are still under their original manufacturer warranty, AND for the same number of power modules and/or batteries you have purchased. These products could have been purchased at one time or over several transactions, but they still need to be under warranty.


For instance, if you own 1 power module and 3 batteries, your extended warranty options include:


Option 1: Buy 1 Extended warranty for the power module (quantity: 1)
Option 2: Buy 3 Extended warranties for the batteries (quantity: 3)
Option 3: Buy 1 Extended warranty for the power module and 3 warranties for the batteries (quantity: 1 for the power module and 3 for the batteries)

Extended Warranty Coverage

This extended warranty includes all the same benefits similar of our dependable manufacturer warranty: no deductibles, no coverage limits, and no limits on the number of claims for repair service. If you purchase an extended warranty for your Titan products, coverage automatically begins as soon as the original manufacture warranty ends.

To receive repair service, simply submit a ticket online, send us an email, or call us by phone during normal business hours. After contacting us, you’ll receive instructions and information on next steps. If you’re asked to ship your product back for inspection and repair, your extended warranty will cover shipping costs within the contiguous U.S.

The Extended Warranty does not cover issues due to owner negligence, unauthorized modifications or accidental damage. Accessories are not included in the Extended Warranty coverage. The Extended Warranty is available for a single five-year term and is non-renewable.
