What type of cells do you use in the NMC battery?
We use Lithium-Nickel-Manganese-Cobalt.
What are the advantages of the NMC battery?
NMC batteries have higher energy density than LFP batteries, which mean they will be physically smaller and weigh less than LFP batteries of the same capacity. NMC batteries would do well in a portable situation or for temporary home use.
What is the downside of the NMC battery?
Under high use conditions, NMC batteries don't last as long as compared to the LFP batteries. Typical NMC batteries have on average a 500 cycle life. However, we have designed our Titan NMC battery in a unique way that allows for up to 2,000 cycles, which is four times the standard of a typical NMC battery. This is still lower than the LFP chemistry, however, this is more than enough cycles for most situations.
What is the cycle life of the NMC battery?
About 2,000 cycles to 80% remaining capacity.
Does this battery require any maintenance?
As with all lithium battery types, no maintenance is required of the NMC battery. Each battery has a built-in battery management system (BMS) that will monitor cell voltages, currents, and temperatures to ensure safety and long life.
How many batteries can I add to the Titan power module?
There's no limit on how many batteries you can add to the Titan power module.
Can I add external batteries to my Titan power station?
Yes, you can add external batteries to increase battery capacity.
Can I mix battery chemistries with the Titan power station?
No, because batteries have different chemistry profiles, we do not recommend mixing battery chemistries in one system.

Take away the final 1 Star for making this battery a Myster and therefore HARD to Find the battery”s Power Rating (of only 75Ah).
I have a total of 3 of these Batteries but they only combine to make 225 Ah for the combined Price of $3,600!

I am not sure why you think 75 (it is actually 74)ah is low power (amp hours does not even give you the energy storage, you need watt hours to know how much it stores). This is one of the most powerful batteries on the market for portable systems. Your three batteries combined has 6,000 watt hours of storage. Maybe you are confused when you compare it to 12V batteries which have less than half the energy storage per amp hour? And if you are comparing them to led acid batteries, it is even less, since you can only use about 50% of the lead acid battery. So one Titan battery of 74 amp hours has as much usable energy as a 333ah 12v lead acid battery, or your 3 batteries have as much usable storage as 1000ah of 12v lead acid batteries, and the lithium batteries will last much longer. I would not call that low power.
I am also unsure why you find it such a mystery, or difficult to find the amp hours, we clearly list in the specs of the battery (both on the battery product page, and the titan product page). Both the amp hours and the watt hours are listed for this battery. So I am not really sure what more you would like us to do in order to make it easier to find or less of a mystery?

I would have rated you a 5 except for the fact that I didn’t receive the Fedex tracking number initially. This would have told me the product was on its way. I ended up calling to get the number. But your product certainly rates a 5. It has helped us make it through power outages and not lose any food. A Great item to have on hand.

This product is great. I already had the 500w kit with one battery and have been using it for our travel trailer with no issues when I go camping. I needed the extra battery to run my well pump on my mountain home and works great as I needed to handle the surge power of 4,000w. There is not another solar generator that has this kind of power as this one has. I have had no issues in a year that I owned it.

An extraordinary battery designed to easily fit onto base of the Titan generator. Mine had a slight dent in the lower front corner but I was able to easily align the right front rubber foot so that it fit properly into a mating battery.
The Titan is an amazing product with superb design, far surpassing competitor’s products. Plus the manufacturer is very responsive to questions and has been a great help to this novice.

The battery is intelligently designed and easy to work with. It’s the third one I have now in my system, and as indicated, it stacks well with the other two and the Titan generator itself. There is no question that it’s quite heavy, and when several of them are being stacked together the weight is pretty high. I’ve put the whole system in a corner of our RV’s bedroom and have wired it to the main power system via a separate shore line.
I do like the approach and smart engineering Point Zero Energy has applied in putting all of this together as a nicely integrated system.
I’m exclusively running solar panels on the system, and it works very well. I’m looking forward to going on trips out in the open country where we will be independent from any power sources other than our own onboard solar system. I’m convinced Point Zero Energy has created a superb system that will serve me well. It’s quite exciting.

Love Your Titan…That’s why I ordered the second battery. I love that I know exactly how much power I have by the big display. I have blown several 20 amp fuses with the 12v charger, while on the road. So we don’t use that anymore. Rate the Titan overall 4.9 because of that last fact.
I hated that it shipped a couple of weeks after ordering and paying. I ordered what I thought would be early to get it for a trip so I would have additional power on board so I could go longer without charging. Oh well. But thanks for the great product.
