Point Zero Energy products are considered final sale items and we do not allow cancellations and/or refunds of purchases. However, we understand that there may special circumstances when our customers might need to cancel an order and receive a refund.
In these special circumstances, customers will need to contact us opening a ticket to request a cancellation of their order. Approval of cancellations are at the sole discretion of Point Zero Energy and if approved, customers will receive a refund of their order. If a customer cancels an order by refusing delivery or cancels after the order is shipped the customer will be charged a 3% restocking fee plus any shipping costs incurred during shipment.
Refunds will be denied if products have already begun the shipping process (including packaged and prepped for shipment) or have left our facility for shipment.
